Before registering, a good company name is needed so that customers can search up your new business on Companies House. You can use our free company name availability checker to verify if your chosen name is available for registration.
1. Choose a company name
Using a guided interface with pre-filled fields, you will be filling in basic details about your company, such as its nature of business, registered office address, director details, and shareholder details.
2. Provide company and director details.
At the end of your application, we will give you a summary of all your answers for your review. This is to ensure all information you’ve given us are correct and complete. Once done, it will be submitted to Companies House for registration
3. Review your application.
4. Start Trading.
Through our platform, you will be informed of the status of your application. Once Companies House has processed your application and approved your company, we'll notify you. You will receive a Certificate of Incorporation, which officially confirms your company's existence. At this point, you will be able to start trading as your new business
